Hypotec is looking for Remote Loan Processors!

Hypotec has been and currently is an established leader in the Mortgage Industry for the past 17+ consecutive years! With licensing in 18+ different states (and growing!), we have solidified our position in serving communities on a national level, for their mortgage needs.

We are currently looking for Loan Processors to join our growing team of professionals!

To qualify, you must meet some/all of the below requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor is a MUST
  • Previous experience using Encompass or Calyx is a MUST
  • Previous experience working for multiple lenders is a MUST
  • Working a file from start to finish is a MUST
  • Previous experience running DU/LP is a plus
  • Manage client pipeline efficiently
  • Submitting completed loan files to underwriter
  • Working loan approvals
  • Willing to work in a team environment and coach junior members of the team
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude!

As a Loan Processor with Hypotec, you will receive the necessary supervision and mentorship to succeed beyond your role. You will have a full, hands-on, paid training program that is tailored to fit not only our needs but will aide you in all your future success in the Mortgage Industry!
