As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for driving sales through outbound and inbound calling and borrower solicitation efforts to potential residential loan customers.   Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound and inbound mortgage sales calls.
  • Solicit residential mortgage loans from a captive portfolio of candidates.
  • Process residential loan applications according to established company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Send, receive and review application and disclosure packages from borrowers.
  • Produce a management determined volume of captive refinance business.
  • Utilize systems for maintaining product knowledge, register loans accurately and pipeline management
  • Understand and articulate financial calculations and current rate/pricing.
  • Use excellent follow-up skills to ensure targeted conversion rates are met
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure the seamless transfer of file.
  • Monitor and update customer relationship management database
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by overseeing the loan process from origination to close and ensuring that you provide on-going communication to clients and your business partners
  Required
  • 1+ years of Mortgage Sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • NMLS License
  • Must be self- motivated with high energy and a positive attitude.
  • Must have excellent phone etiquette with articulate use of the English language. Bilingual or multi-lingual preferred.
  • Must be detail oriented and results driven with a focus on customer service.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship building skills.
  • Must have excellent written and communication skills as well as the ability to use different computer software programs related to loan origination and customer relationship management.

Job description Hypotec Inc. is a multi-state licensed mortgage lender and is looking for Skillful and Enthusiastic mortgage loan processors! The Loan Processor’s duties would include overseeing submitted mortgage loan files from submission to closing and assisting the loan officer and management in making sure the file meets all compliance and underwriting standards. Loan Processors are responsible for reviewing loan packages to ensure all aspects of the underwriting process has been properly completed and that it adheres to company policies and procedures. The Loan Processor reviews the information on the loan application, contract and other documents to determine if the loan applicant meets the loan requirements before it’s funded.   Basic Responsibilities
  • Fluent in English: Multilingual is a bonus
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Mortgage industry
  • Knowledge and experience with disclosures & compliance requirements
